Tired of Contractors Who Let You Down? —
Most DFW homeowners have been burned by someone who didn’t show up, cut corners, or left a bigger mess than they started with. Maybe your AC fails in the middle of a 105° Texas summer and you can’t get a callback for days—your family is suffering and nobody’s answering the phone.
Or a “repaired” roof leak keeps spreading, leading to interior water damage and a massive insurance claim, all because the first contractor put a band-aid on it instead of fixing it properly.
And instead of one reliable solution, you’re stuck managing separate HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical contractors—turning your home into a second full-time job filled with constant headaches.

Our Story
Serving the Dallas-Frisco Area Like It's Our Own Home —
Custom Cooling and Contracting has helped homeowners and business owners across the Dallas-Frisco suburbs keep their properties comfortable, protected, and running reliably, from the roof down to the foundation.
What started as a family HVAC business in Oklahoma in 1978 grew into a full multi-trade team, and in 2014 we brought it to Texas as Custom Cooling & Contracting, serving the Dallas–Frisco area ever since.
When you hire Custom Cooling, you're not hiring a franchise or a national chain. You're hiring a family: a faith-driven, Native American-owned business that stakes our name and reputation on every single job. We work with top-of-the-line equipment and brand-name materials because we believe the homes and businesses of the DFW area deserve nothing less.
Unlike contractors who treat your home like a ticket number, we treat it the way we'd want someone to treat ours, with respect, transparency, and workmanship that lasts.
Proudly Serving the Dallas-Frisco & Surrounding Communities —
Whether you're in the heart of Frisco or out in the surrounding communities, Custom Cooling and Contracting is your local multi-trade team. We come to you fast.
Common Questions from DFW Area Homeowners —
-
AC repair costs vary based on what's actually wrong with your system. A refrigerant recharge, a failed capacitor, and a compressor replacement are three very different jobs with very different price tags, and you deserve to know the difference before you agree to anything. We come out, diagnose the problem accurately, and give you a clear, written price before we do any work. No surprises on your bill.
-
We offer same-day response across the DFW metroplex. For HVAC emergencies in Texas summer heat, we prioritize getting to you as fast as possible, often within hours. Call or text us at 469-285-4457.
-
We work with homeowners, landlords, and commercial property managers across DFW. Whether it is a single-family home in Frisco or a multi-unit commercial building in Dallas, our team handles every trade — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting — for both property types.
-
Nothing. Our estimates are completely free. We come out, assess the situation, and walk you through your best options with honest pricing before any work begins. No obligation, no pressure.
-
Absolutely. That is one of the biggest reasons homeowners choose us. Because we handle every trade under one roof, we can assess and schedule HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and contracting work together. One call, one crew, no juggling.
-
Yes. We have experience helping DFW homeowners through the insurance claim process for storm-related roof and property damage. We document the damage, provide the assessments your insurer needs, and complete the repairs correctly so you are not dealing with the same problem again next season.
-
Yes. Custom Cooling and Contracting is fully licensed and insured across every trade we perform — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting. You are fully protected on every job, every time.
-
We serve the Dallas-Frisco suburbs including Frisco, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, Lewisville, Carrollton, and surrounding DFW communities. Not sure if we cover your location? Give us a call and we'll let you know right away.
-
Key factors include the age of your system, the cost of the repair compared to the cost of replacement, and your system's energy efficiency. As a general guide, if your system is over 10 to 12 years old and the repair costs more than half the price of a new system, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll give you a straight comparison of both options with no pressure either way.
-
We install only top-of-the-line, brand-name HVAC equipment. No off-brand substitutions, no cutting corners on parts. When you get a new system from Custom Cooling, you are getting quality gear that is built to last in Texas heat. Ask our team about available brands when you schedule your estimate.
